To round off her years of training as a herbalist at the Alchémille school, Mireille Délèze has written a work entitled: "Savoir populaire sur les plantes sauvages médicinales et comestibles entretenu jusqu'à nos jours dans la vallée de Nendaz" (Popular knowledge concerning medicinal and edible wild plants maintained to this day in the Vallée de Nendaz). She has thus gathered precious and almost vanished local heritage, which will be presented to you during the conference, through an ethnobotanical approach.

This conference will also be an opportunity to discover the young 'Héritage en Herbe' association, whose mission is to continue collecting and passing on popular knowledge about plants, while combining this with the latest scientific knowledge.
